Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Eagle Awards. There are a few items that will be needed prior to the submission of the nomination form. Please review them thoroughly prior to progressing through the form.
Important Needed Items
While preparing to submit this form, there are a few things that will be needed. Be prepared with:
- Financial statements from the alst 3 fiscal years,.
- Headshots of the entrepreneur being nominated
- Performance information regarding the business in question
- SunBiz Registration
- Images of the Business in action
- More
Best practice is to gather and prepare these documents prior to an attempt to nominate or submit for our Eagle Awards. This submission process will take no longer than 30 minutes if all items are already gathered. Best of luck with your submission and we wish all of our nominees well.
Nominations may be submitted by anyone. Applicants must be Chamber members in good standing, with dues paid and no outstanding invoices, and must have been a Chamber member for at least one full year. Courtesy members are not eligible to apply for an Eagle Award.
This category acknowledges a small business or entrepreneur that has made notable, long-term contributions to economic development, its industry and community. Please note the following factors should be taken into account when submitting your nomination:
- The company should employ fewer, but no more than 150 individuals.
- The business should maintain a full time presence within Central Florida.
- Business Objectives
- Business Growth and Sustainability
- Business Performance/Competitiveness
- Dedication to customer service and community involvement
- Contributions made by business to the development of jobs
- Overcoming Adversity
Criteria for all nominations:
- Nominee must be an active business with a full time presence in Central Florida
- Nominee must be a member in good standing with the AACCCF
- Nominee must be an independently owned business/franchise
- Nominee must be a Chamber member by January 1, 2025.
